Small Steel Blocks & Sheaves
Designed for small size wire rope and cable. Low carbon steel is used in the side plates while the sheaves are turned down using cold-rolled bar stock. The bearings are made from a combination of bronze and steel that is then oil impregnated to insure permanent self-lubrication. These bearings - specially designed for high load and medium speed applications - are then pressed into the sheaves. Al swivel eyes and hooks are drop forged. Each part is zinc-elctro galvanized and rivets are used to fasten block together. They are marked to comply with NIDA-SIDA standards. Shown are single and double patterns available.
