merchandise will govern the cash discount extended to the customer.
Please refer to price schedules for cash terms or ask your sales
representative. Unless otherwise stated our quotations are for immediate
acceptance. Clerical errors are subject to correction, Past due accounts
are subject to a 1 1/2% per month service charge.

your order. All claims for damages, loss, or delay must be made in
writing to the carrier, and notation made on delivery receipt.
